Breathwork

Intentional breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance lymphatic flow. Sessions are guided by experienced practitioners and support emotional clarity, detoxification, and a deeper sense of calm.

Full Moon Circles

Monthly gatherings to release, reflect, and reconnect. Held under the skylight of the Feather Light Studio, each circle includes guided meditation, journaling, and quiet community time;  a safe space for women to honour endings, beginnings, and their own cycles. Held on the first Wednesday of each month. 

Breathwork

The group session begins with gentle movement to encourage breath awareness and nervous system settling, followed by an extended, fully supported breathwork practice experienced lying comfortably on your back. Sessions are held once every month or privately upon request. 

Rental Space

The Feather Light Studio welcomes guest instructors aligned with gentle, restorative, or holistic practices. It’s an ideal space for small group classes, workshops, and women’s health education, available by application.

Soundbath

Participants are invited to lie comfortably while being immersed in gentle, resonant sound created by instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, and other harmonic tones. The vibrations are intended to encourage stillness, ease, and a quieting of mental chatter, allowing the body to settle into a state of rest. Currently offered weekly.
